At Fire on the Mountain, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
